What you tell Aimantée stays with you.

Aimantée is published by Romain Mathieu ("we"), the data controller, a sole trader based at rue du Marais 80, 6150 Anderlues, Belgium. Company number (BCE/KBO): 1036.553.777. Contact: contact@aimantee.com. This policy explains, without jargon, what data the app uses. The short answer: we collect no personal data. Aimantée has no account, no server and no analytics.

1. Data processed on your device

To work, the app stores the following locally, in the app's private storage on your phone:

the first name and pronouns you enter;
your context answers (relationship status, what hurts, recurring pattern, goals) and your answers to the 36 test statements;
the computed scores (anxiety, avoidance, sub-themes) and your style;
couple mode information (your partner's name and guessed style, or their answers);
your signed commitment (the stroke of your signature), your journal, your program progress and streak;
your reminder preferences and your cached subscription status.

This data never leaves your device and is never sent to us. We have no access to it. It can touch on your love life, which is exactly why we chose to send nothing.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Payments are handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We never receive your name, email address or payment details. The app only receives confirmation from the store that a purchase is active, to unlock content.

3. Notifications

Reminders (trial ending, daily program) are local notifications scheduled by your phone. No remote push service is used. You can turn them off at any time in the app or in your system settings.

4. Sharing

When you choose to share a card (story), the image is generated on your phone and handed to the app you select, at your initiative. Nothing is shared automatically.

5. What we don't do

No account, no sign-up.
No analytics, advertising or tracking SDK; no advertising identifier.
No sale or transfer of data to third parties.

6. Retention and deletion

Your data stays on your device for as long as you keep the app. You can erase everything from Settings → Erase my data in the app, or by uninstalling Aimantée. Your phone's backups (iCloud, Google) may contain a copy of app data, depending on your own backup settings.

7. Your rights (GDPR and similar laws)

Because we hold no data about you, we can neither access nor transfer it; you keep full control on your device. Questions: contact@aimantee.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be) or with the authority of your country of residence.

8. The website

The aimantee.com website uses no cookies, no analytics and no fonts or scripts loaded from third-party services. Like any host, Hostinger may keep technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) for security and to keep the server running.

9. Minors

Aimantée is intended for people aged 17 and over.

10. Changes

If this policy changes (for example if a feature ever required a server), we will update this page and tell you in the app before any change in processing.
